Pricing 
The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that is charged. 
No COD orders accepted. 

Payment Information 
Current billing address and phone information must be included in every order. 
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal are accepted. 

Taxes 
GST is charged to all Canadian orders.
TVQ Sales Tax will be charged to Quebec customers.



Shipping Information

Shipping Alternatives
Seabuckthorn International commits to shipping orders within 72 hours of notification of payment.

Seabuckthorn International Inc. employs the eParcel Shipping module from Canada Post. This shipping module will allow you to choose your delivery method, delivery time and shipping fees. With eParcel we are able to support the flexible delivery option which allows you to received your order at night or on the week-end. The shipping cost is calculated by the Canada Post eParcel Shipping Module at the time of purchase and is based on the weight and size of the package and the method of shipping that is selected.

 

Return Policy

we do not accept product returns.

We take great care in the packaging and shipping of  every product purchased from Seabuckthorn International Inc.   However, should your product be damaged in shipment, or the wrong item shipped, you may receive a replacement product or a credit on a future purchase. If the product has been opened we will not issue a credit or replacement.


Please follow the steps below before returning any items to us:

The Procedure to follow when returning a shipment:
 
  1. Contact the Seabuckthorn International Inc. Customer Service Department at sbt@seabuckthorn.com  prior to returning any products. In your email, indicate:
     

     

  2. A customer service representative will respond with a Return Authorization.

  3. Return your unopened product(s) via commercial carrier or the U.S. Post Office to the address provided in the Return Authorization.

  4. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue either store credit or ship a replacement item, depending on your request. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.

We cannot accept any returns or process any refunds if the above conditions and procedures are not followed. Do not return any products without first contacting us at sbt@seabuckthorn.com
